Unfortunately, even the sunshine state has rainy days. While it may seem like a major bummer when your beach trip gets rained out, there are still plenty of really fun indoor activities to try in Destin when you can't make it to the beach. Here are five of our favorite rainy day activities in Destin we recommend to you!

1. Hurricane Lanes

Hurricane Lanes is a one-stop-shop for rainy day fun. With 26 bowling lanes, 12 pool tables, StrikeZone Cafe, Rupert's Sports Bar, and an arcade, it has everything you need for a fun indoor afternoon in Destin. Grab your friends and enjoy the blacklight bowling, pool, and video games! Each bowling game is just $4.69 a person and shoe rentals are only $3.50, so this is a great way to enjoy a rainy day on vacation without breaking the bank!

2. Thrills Laser Tag and Arcade

People of all ages can have a blast at Thrills Laser Tag and Arcade in Seascape. Thrills features the Temple of Doom, a two-story interactive laser tag arena that fights back for extra excitement. In addition to laser tag, Thrills also has a huge arcade with over 70 play stations. Thrills also has the largest redemption center on the Emerald Coast with incredible prizes. There's seriously a prize everyone will want including Next-Gen game consoles, small appliances, power tools, toys, and iPads.

3. Surge Trampoline Park

Located in Fort Walton Beach, Surge Trampoline Park is the perfect way to spend a rainy afternoon on your next vacation. This indoor trampoline park is a great place to take kids when they need to get some wiggles out. Plus, with admission starting at just $13.95, it's an affordable way to make the most out of a rained-out beach day. The park has obstacle courses, trampoline basketball, rock climbing, and so much more.

4. Escape Zone 60

Escape rooms are a popular trend around the country and they're a great way to spend a rainy day at the beach. Escape Zone 60 in Destin has three different escape rooms to choose from. You can solve a crime, deactivate a bomb, or escape from the zombie apocalypse. Escape Zone 60 is perfect for team building, family vacations, or even date nights as they can accommodate two-ten players.

5. Rainforest Black Light Golf and Arcade

Indoor black light miniature golfing is the perfect way to spend a rainy day in Destin, especially if you planned to spend it out on the golf course.
