Screen Porch is the Best!

Just spent a 4 night weekend at Unit 209 in Hidden Dunes and loved it! We were looking for a place where we could play pickleball and there are new courts here. Great location for Sandestin and Grand Boulevard. Picked up groceries at the Publix with some Wine from Wine World and settled in. Well it rained, but you know what? We loved it. The screen porch was SO GREAT! Comfy, new furniture, took naps out there, recliner and small bistro set up, overlooking a huge community pool, hot tub and fountains, trees all around us. It felt like we were in a treehouse. Inside there is an amazing TV that had the most crisp picture – we watched Survivor and I don’t think I have seen better color in a TV, over a really pretty electric fireplace. So cozy with the rain. When it stopped for a little while, we walked to the beach in only a couple of minutes and hardly anyone there! We used were low beach chairs on site at the rental and took our wine in solo cups and watched the waves. Destin just has the best beach and views. Our King bed was comfy, the bathroom had tons of space, the kitchen had all new appliances, we just loved it. I would stay in this over a hotel room anytime, and about the same price!
