Best part about this property is the easy private beach access to the beach right across from you and once you park the car on your driveway you don’t need to get in it again until you leave. It’s a long stretch of beach with not many houses so we had plenty of room to spread out without alot of others around. Also the screened in heated pool was a plus for the kids when we did not want to do beach days and at night. It was great for us as we went with my brother and his family and they used the other side so we all had our own space when we wanted with two separate and complete kitchen’s and laundry units. Highly suggest for groups of friends and/or multi-generational vacations for a small to medium size groups. Probably good for a fun girl’s trip too for my wife and friends , that is what she are planning to do next time in the summer! One negative was a lack of real dining area inside but we made do at the kitchen counter/living room area and outdoor chairs when we grilled out by the pool .
