Excellent communication from 5 Star, before check-in, during stay, and the day before check-out. The view could not be beat from the patio and inside the unit. On colder days the swivel chairs in the main room still offered terrific views. Beds were comfortable and having attached bathrooms for each bedroom was a bonus. One king bedroom tv only had over the air access which was a little disappointing, but we did not even mention it to rental agency so it might have been able to be corrected if they knew. Elevator made access to the unit for 2 mobility challenged guests very easy. It made getting stuff from car to 3rd floor easy too. Having garage protected car from sun, heat, sand and rain. My SUV fit through door with a couple inches to spare without having to fold in mirrors. Easy access to beach and having 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas was a bonus. Kitchen had everything we needed and we ate in most days. Brozinnis Pizzeria was a couple minutes walk away and very good. We did take out (it took less time to walk and pick it up than it would to have gotten the car out of the garage, waited for gate to open, wait to make left hand turn onto 30A, park at restaurant, wait to make another left hand turn onto 30A, wait for gate to open at condo and park the car in garage again). The only thing that could have made this unit better for me is if it was pet friendly, but that would be a detractor for others. I would definitely stay here again.
