30A Coastal Breeze was delightful experience. A beautiful 3 story home, with a great view and entrance to the community pool. the first floor has a bedroom, living room, and walk out to the grill and pool area. Second floor has a living room, bedroom, a kitchen with a island and a walk out deck to eat and overlook the pool. Third floor has three bedrooms walkouts in two of the bedrooms to 3rd deck. Washer and Driers on 1st and 3rd floors, and TV’s in every room. A really cool golf cart, and a sauna for after morning walks or runs. It was just a prime location for the beach, pool, and restaurants. And I will say it again the house is amazing!!!
