This is our second year in a row staying in La Terrazza for the Moon Crush music festival. The location is simply perfect for us. The home is always clean and the rental company is always very responsive to inquiries or issues. A couple of things that may need attention though -the freezer seal appears to be broken – the items never really froze and the ice maker didn’t produce ice. The fridge didn’t get very cold either, despite lowering the temp. Also, for the second year in a row, we had to call for the correct beach gate code. According to some neighbors, the HOA changes the code every 3 months – so maybe make a note to update. Otherwise, we look forward to booking again next year!
