Unlike other parts of the United States this time of year, Destin is super sunny and beautiful this time of year. Spring is already in full swing here, so you don’t want to forget your sunglasses on spring break.

It’s already swimsuit season in Destin. No matter what temperature it is, once spring break rolls around, every visitor is out on the beach in their swimsuit… yes, it might only be sixty degrees some afternoons, but that’s no reason to miss out on a beach day!

Put away your sweaters and pack those shorts and tank tops. You’re headed to Florida after all! Temperatures can get into the seventies over spring break season, so it’s the perfect time to break out your favorite pair of shorts you haven’t worn since August.

If you’re planning on spending the entire afternoon at the beach, packing a fanny pack is a great way to stay organized. You can put everything you need in there like your sunscreen, keys, wallet, and phone!
There are so many amazing restaurants and places to shop in Destin, so you’ll definitely want to bring a little extra spending money on your vacation.
Trade your snow boots for your flip-flops! The only white stuff on the ground here is our sugar white sand!
