Gulf Place is also a short walk away where you will find numerous shops and restaurants. Don’t worry about traffic, just hop on your bike for a ride on paved bike paths down 30A, or though the miles of adjoining State Forest trails.
The first floor is designed to maximize conversation, with an open plan living room, dining room, and kitchen. The formal dining area seats six, with additional seating at the casual breakfast bar.
